Types, Purposes, Legal Grounds and Period of Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data are processed when you enter into an agreement with Spinbooth, which
occurs when you download and use the app. The personal data are used to enable the
creation of event videos, allowing users to produce slow-motion 360° videos with effects and
branding.
When creating an account in the app, you will be asked to provide certain mandatory
information, including your name and email address. This data is necessary to manage your
account and to contact you about your content or account-related matters.
Spinbooth may also send you information about future updates or services that may interest
you. You can unsubscribe from such messages at any time using the link provided in the email
or ID code
Videos and related personal data are stored for up to thirty (30) days after the event. After that
period, they are automatically deleted from our cloud storage. Visual materials (photos or
videos) are kept securely and used solely to provide you and your event guests access to the
event gallery and video-sharing functions.
Photographs and videos can contain personal data, as identifiable characteristics may reveal
special categories of personal data (for example race or health). For this reason, each
participant grants explicit consent before any visual material is created. This consent can be
withdrawn at any time, and the corresponding visual materials must then be deleted by the event organizer.Use of Third-Party Service Providers (Sub Processors)
Spinbooth does not currently use external third-party processors for data processing,
communications, or AI functionalities. All data processed through our systems remain stored in
our secure cloud infrastructure under Denrem OÜ’s control.

your account or uninstall the app.
